1. How do I plan my session?
We'll start with a quick survey to help align on your vision and preferences. Don’t worry if you don’t have all the answers - it’s a good starting point to get us moving in the right direction.
2. Should I provide inspiration photos?
Absolutely. Please share references of photos you like of yourself, your partner, or even Pinterest boards of poses and lighting that resonate with you. The more references you provide, the better I can align the vibe and posing to your preferences.
3. I’m worried about my privacy. Can I remain anonymous?
Definitely. I offer a selection of masquerade-style masks if you wish to partially obscure your face. Alternatively, we can use creative lighting, framing, and posing to ensure your face - or specific features - never appear in the final images.
4. What if I’m not "photogenic" or I’m nervous?
Most of my clients start their session feeling a bit nervous. My approach is nurturing and affirming; I am here to guide you through every pose and movement. Remember, the camera doesn’t lie—it simply captures the radiant beauty that is already there.
5. Is this space a good fit for kink and LGBTQ+ people?
Yes. All humans are welcome!
Providing a supportive, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment is a core part of my mission. Whether you are exploring your identity or celebrating it, your boundaries and your story will always be respected and honored here.
6. Do you deliver every image you shoot?
Not every image shot is delivered - however, I do delivery every selected image.
A lot of boudoir photographers have a "gotcha" kind of catch where they withhold or almost ransom images after your shoot is done. I don't do that.
So if 50, 70, or 100 images are selected to as "good" throughout the session - you'll get all of those selected images at the end of the shoot.
If you want touch-ups on specific images, that's at your discretion with a straight-forward pricing of $20/image - but there's no obligation for image touch-ups. No hidden fees or issues.
7. What is the ultimate goal of the session?
The goal is for you to walk away with more than just photos. I want you to see the same extraordinary person in your images every time you look in the mirror, every single day.
1. Can I bring someone with me?
You are more than welcome to bring extra people for hair, makeup, or simply to provide an extra set of hands and support. If you plan on bringing more than two guests, please let me know in advance so I can ensure there is enough seating for everyone.
2. Is there a place to get ready?
We have a dedicated, private area for hair, makeup, and wardrobe located right next to the studio space. There is also a large bathroom available for changing and preparation.
3. Do you provide a hair and makeup artist?
No. In order to keep costs as low as possible, a hair or makeup artist is not provided for the standard offered packages.
If you'd like, I can provide contacts for local hair and makeup professionals that are directly in my network that can be utilized for prior or during your shoot.
4. Can I customize the look of my session?
Yes. You have full creative agency over the environment. We have over a dozen backdrops and a collection of about 20 different furniture pieces—including couches, chairs, and ottomans—so we can build a set that matches your specific vibe.
5. What is the "vibe" of the studio?
The environment is designed for your comfort. We have a Bluetooth speaker system so you can play your favorite music or playlists wirelessly. To help you loosen up, you are welcome to responsibly have a drink, vape, or 420 inside the studio. We only ask that cigarettes be smoked outside.
1. How does payment work for the shoot?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your shoot.
Payment options include cash, Zelle, Paypal, and Venmo.
2. When is the final balance due?
The deposit is paid at the time of booking to hold your date on the calendar.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot before we begin.
3. What happens if I need to reschedule?
We understand that things come up. While deposits are non-refundable, we allow a one-time reschedule if at least 72 hour notice is given. Your deposit will simply move to the new date.
4. Do I have to pay a "privacy fee" to keep my images off your website?
Absolutely not. Your privacy is included in the price. We only share images if you explicitly grant permission to do so.
If you want your photos to stay private, they stay private at no extra cost.
5. Can I tip you after the photoshoot?
Certainly. But it's never expected.
